Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TBJ Escapes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services Description

TBJ ESCAPES LLC provides escape room experiences at our location in Maple Heights, Ohio. Our services include themed puzzle rooms for entertainment, team building, and special events. All room experiences are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed through our website, phone, or email.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are listed per person and may vary by room and time slot.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session may receive a partial refund or rescheduling option.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative time will be offered.

Participant Responsibilities

• All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of the booking.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
• Physical contact with props and set pieces is permitted only as directed.
• Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
• Consumption of food, drinks, or alcohol is not permitted inside the rooms.

Safety and Liability

TBJ ESCAPES LLC takes safety seriously. Our rooms are designed and maintained to meet safety standards. However, participants acknowledge that escape rooms involve physical activity, confined spaces, and low-light conditions. By participating, you accept the inherent risks and agree that TBJ ESCAPES LLC, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and puzzle designs, is the property of TBJ ESCAPES LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Damage, deface, or tamper with any property, props, or equipment.
• Use recording devices inside the rooms without prior permission.
• Engage in disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
• Attempt to bypass or override any safety mechanisms or locks.
• Share specific puzzle solutions or room secrets with others outside your group.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
